NUTRIBE Terms and Conditions

30th September 2025

1.0. Introduction

1.1. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing your engagement with NUTRIBE and their services. By accepting a place and making your first payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.0. NUTRIBE Apprenticeship Programme (NAP)

2.1. The NUTRIBE Apprenticeship Programme is a comprehensive, multidimensional, four-pillar programme structured to accelerate the learning and professional development of Nutritional Therapists and other wellness professionals.

Eligibility and Programme Acceptance

2.2. The programme is open to all graduates with an approved qualification from a recognised educational provider, including accredited colleges, universities or educational institutions.

2.3. All candidates are subject to a vetting and approval process prior to the start of the programme. Nutribe reserves the right to deny admission at its sole discretion.

2.4.The programme is specifically designed for Nutritional Therapists, Naturopath, Health Coaches, and Chefs who are either recent graduates,  practicing professionals, or are returning to practice after a gap.

2.5. Approved candidates can join at stated start time with a minimum 12-month term to ensure the best professional growth. The programme will then become a rolling one-month term after the completion of the initial 12 months.

Programme Payment & Duration

2.6. The monthly programme fee is as shown on the joining instructions, subject to annual review where applicable. An annual payment plan is also available at a special rate.

2.7. The minimum commitment for the programme is twelve (12) months, regardless of whether you choose a monthly or annual payment plan, to ensure the best professional growth and development.

2.8. Except as provided under the Trial Period in clauses 2.9 to 3.2, all payments (monthly and annual) are non-refundable in the first twelve (12) months, except in the case of programme cancellation by NUTRIBE.

2.9. In the event of a member’s early withdrawal from the 12-month minimum term, the remaining payments for the committed period will be due in full.

Trial Period and Refunds

3.0. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, NUTRIBE offers a fourteen (14) day trial period from the date of enrolment. During this period, you may cancel your enrolment for any reason by providing written notice to NUTRIBE, and you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

3.1. After the 14-day trial period has expired, all payments (monthly and annual) are strictly non-refundable, except in the event of programme cancellation by NUTRIBE. By commencing participation in the programme during the trial period, you acknowledge and agree that if you choose to cancel, your access to programme materials and services will be withdrawn immediately upon cancellation.

3.2. Where NUTRIBE promotes a special offer of one (1) month free trial (e.g. November 2025), such offer shall replace the standard 14-day trial. By accepting the one-month free trial, you waive the statutory 14-day cancellation period, and the cancellation terms for that promotion will apply instead.

3.3. Programme fees include access to NAP live sessions and recordings during the active enrolment.
